Elixirs for Health is a holistic approach to living in health. In my work I use Aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine Dietetics, Tree Hand Reflexology. I perform Hawaiian Kahi Loa massage and Access bars session. I organize workshops for children and adults. I organize author meetings, charity meetings and holistic trips.
